Accepting and Rejecting Delivery Requests

In the Home Foods Way Driver App, drivers can manage delivery requests by either accepting or rejecting them.

Steps to Accept or Reject Delivery Requests:

1. Launch the App

  • Open the Home Foods Way Driver App on your mobile device.

2. Log In

  • Enter your registered phone number or email and password to access the app.

3. Navigate to Order Requests

  • When a new delivery request arrives, it will be updated in the Order Request page.
  • Click on the order to view delivery details, including customer location and order specifics.

4. Accept or Reject the Request

  • Tap "Accept" to confirm the request and proceed with the delivery.
  • Tap "Reject" if you are unable to complete the delivery.

5. Complete the Delivery

  • Follow the app instructions to navigate to the customer’s location.
  • Ensure timely and secure delivery for optimal ratings.

6. Track Earnings

  • Check the updated earnings in the My Account section.
