Check Payout Schedules & Managing Payments
1) Understanding Payout Schedules
Managing payout schedules in the Home Food Kitchen Application is essential for kitchen partners to track their earnings. To initiate a payout request, the partner must first set a default payment method. Without this setup, the payout request cannot be processed, and the partner will not be able to view their disbursement history. Once the default payment method is set, the partner can view their payout schedules, including pending, completed, and canceled disbursements.
Steps for Mobile:
- Launch the Kitchen App: Open the Home Food Chef app on your mobile device.
- Access the Hamburger Menu: Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
- Select Disbursement: Tap on Disbursement from the menu options.
- Choose Disbursement Method Setup: Select Disbursement Method Setup to configure your payment method.
- Set Default Payment Method: Enter your payment details and confirm them to set it as the default payment method.
- Note: Only after setting up the default payment method can you access and view the payout schedules.
- Go to Disbursement Option: In the menu, locate and select the Disbursement option.
- Select View Disbursement History: Tap on View Disbursement History to access the payout schedule details.
- Review Payout History: View the history of payouts and understand the schedule, including dates, amounts, and transaction status.
- Completed: Successfully processed and transferred to your account.
- Pending: In progress but not yet completed.
- Cancelled: Initiated but later cancelled due to an error or invalid details.
- The history includes the total amounts for pending, completed, and canceled disbursements.
Steps for Web:
- Open Website: Visit the Home Food Kitchen application website on your browser.
- Login to Your Account: Enter your credentials and sign in.
- Navigate to Business Management: Go to the Business Management section.
- Select Wallet Method: Click on Wallet Method to manage your payment settings.
- Set Default Payment Method: Add and confirm your payment method as default.
- Note: Only after setting up the default payment method can you access and view the payout schedules.

2) Resolving Payment Discrepancies
Payment discrepancies can occur due to incorrect payout details or technical errors. Follow these steps to efficiently resolve such issues.
Set the Mandatory Default Payment Method:
- For Mobile:
- Navigate to the Hamburger Menu > Disbursement
- Tap on Disbursement Method Setup
- Set up your preferred payment method
- For Web:
- Go to Business Management > Wallet Method
- Configure your default payment method
- Why This Matters: Payments will not be processed correctly without a valid default payment method.
Tips to Handle Payment Tasks:
- Double-Check Payment Details: Ensure bank account numbers, wallet IDs, and payout preferences are accurate.
- Monitor Disbursement History Regularly: Check the status of payouts under View Disbursement History to spot discrepancies at an early stage.
- Keep Records of Payments: Maintain a log of transactions to compare with the platform’s payout records.
