If you need assistance, you can directly contact Home Food's Way- Driver Support via phone or email.

Steps to Contact Driver Support:

1. Open the Home Food's Way- Driver App

  • Launch the Home Food's Way- Driver App on your mobile device.
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

2. Tap on the Profile Icon

  • Locate and tap the Profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen to access account settings.

3. Navigate to Help & Support

  • Scroll down in the Profile menu and select "Help & Support" to find assistance options.

4. Choose a Contact Method

  • Once on the Help & Support page, you will see two options:
    • 📞 Phone Support â€“ Tap the provided phone number to call support directly.
    • 📧 Email Support â€“ Tap the email address to send an inquiry regarding your issue.

5. Contact Support for Assistance

  • If calling: Follow any automated instructions (if applicable) or speak directly with a support representative.
  • If emailing: Provide a clear description of the issue along with relevant details or screenshots.

6. Receive a Response

  • Phone Support: Your issue may be resolved immediately.
