Signing up as a Kitchen
Signing up as a partner allows restaurants to join our Home Food platform, reach more customers, and grow their business through online food delivery.
Steps For Mobile:
- Open the Home Food Chef App: Download and install the Home Food Chef- Kitchen app from the app store.
- Navigate to Kitchen Registration: On the Sign-In page, select the "Join as Kitchen" option to begin the registration process.
- Update Logo and Cover image: Upload a high-quality kitchen logo and an appealing cover image to create a strong visual presence for your brand.
- Enter Kitchen Details:
- Kitchen Name
- Zone
- Kitchen Address
- VAT Details
- Cuisines Offered
- Estimated Delivery Time
- Owner Name
- Phone number
- Email & Password
- Postal Code
- Complete Mandatory Fields: Ensure that all required FAQs marked as "Yes," "No," or "N/A" are accurately filled in to proceed with the registration process smoothly.
- Upload Required Documents: Submit essential documents, including: Food Certificate, License Documents, click on Submit.
- Choose Your Business Plan: Select a business plan that best fits your needs and operational goals.
- Submit the Form: Proceed with submission by clicking on Next button.
- Verification Process: The platform will review your application and verify the provided documents. Then you may receive a call or email for further clarification or confirmation.
- Activate Your Account : Once approved, your restaurant will be onboarded, allowing you to start managing orders seamlessly through the Home Food Chef app.
Steps for web:
- Visit the Home Food Website: Open your browser and go to the official Home Food website at https://homefoodglobal.com.
- Click on "Join Us": Locate the "Join Us" button on the page and click it to begin the registration process.
- Select "Join As Kitchen": Choose the "Join As Kitchen" option to move forward with registering as a kitchen partner.
- Enter Your Kitchen Details: Fill in essential details, including:
- Kitchen Name
- Zone
- Kitchen Address
- VAT Details
- Cuisines Offered
- Estimated Delivery Time
- Latitude & Longitude
- Update Kitchen Logo and Cover image: Upload your kitchen’s logo and an attractive cover image to represent your business visually.
- Enter Owner Details: Provide the owner's contact information, including:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Enter Tags and Complete Mandatory FAQs: Fill in relevant tags that describe your business and ensure that all mandatory FAQs marked as 'Yes,' 'No,' or 'N/A' are answered correctly.
- Upload Legal Documents: Submit the required legal documents, such as: Food Certificate & License Documents.
- Enter Login Info: Provide the Login information, including : Email Address & Password and Click On Next
- Choose Your Business Plan: Select the business plan that aligns with your kitchen’s requirements.
- Submit the Form: Submit your application by Clicking On Next button.
- Verification Process: The Home Food platform will review your application and documents. You may be contacted for further verification if needed.
- Account Activation: Once approved, your kitchen will be onboarded onto the Home Food platform, and you can start managing orders and running your kitchen seamlessly.
Setting up your kitchen/restaurant profile
Setting up your kitchen/restaurant profile on Home Food involves providing key details like your restaurant name, address, contact details to get started with accepting orders.
Steps for Mobile:
Sign In to the App: Log in to the Home Food Chef - Kitchen app using your credentials.
Access My Shop: Tap on the "My Shop" icon located in the middle of the footer section.
Edit Profile: Click the edit icon (
) in the top-right corner of the page to make changes.
Update Details: Upload a new kitchen logo or cover photo, and update details like your restaurant name, contact number, address as needed.
Save Changes: Tap "Update" to save your changes.
Profile Updated: Your kitchen/restaurant profile will now reflect the updated information.
Steps for Web:
- Log In to the Home Food Portal: Open your web browser and visit https://homefoodglobal.com/login/restaurant. Log in using your credentials.
- Go to Business Management: Navigate through Left-handed side Menu and locate the "Business Management" section.
- Select "My Shop": Click on the "My Shop" option under the "Business Management" Section.
- Click on "Edit Shop": Tap on the "Edit Shop" button in the top-right corner of the page.
- Update Profile Information:
- Change or upload a new kitchen logo.
- Update the cover photo.
- Modify details such as the kitchen name, contact number, or address as needed.
- Save Changes: Click the "Update" button to save your changes.
- Profile Updated: Your kitchen/restaurant profile will now reflect the updated details.
Adding and managing your menu, working hours
Easily add and update your menu, prices, and working hours to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
Steps For Mobile:
- Sign In to the App: Log in to the Home Food Chef - Kitchen app using your credentials.
- Go to "My Shop": Tap on the "My Shop" icon located in the middle of the footer section of the page and click on it
- Choose a Method to Manage the Menu: There are two ways to manage your menu:
Method 1: Edit Menu via Food Items
- Under the "All Foods" tab, click on the food item you wish to edit.
- View the food details and make the item available or mark it as recommended, then click the "Update Food" button.
- Update the food name and description, then click "Next."
- Make further updates such as:
- Price or discount (percentage or amount).
- Food type, category, or subcategory.
- Tags, variations, or maximum order quantity.
- Add-ons, available start and end time, and food image.
- Click on "Update" to save the changes.
Method 2: Edit Menu via Edit Option
- Under the "All Foods" tab, Click on the "Edit" option (
) of the corresponding food item. - Update the food name and description, then click "Next".
- Make updates such as:
-Price or discount (percentage or amount).
-Food type, category, or subcategory.
-Tags, variations, or maximum order quantity.
-Add-ons, available start and end time, and food image.
-Click on "Update" to save the changes.
Verify Updates: Ensure that all changes are reflected correctly on your live menu.
Adding Food Item into Menu
- Sign In to the App: Log in to the Home Food Chef app using your credentials.
- Go to "My Shop": Tap on the "My Shop" icon located in the middle of the footer section of the page and click on it.
- Tap on the "Add" Icon: Select the "Add icon" (
) to start adding a new food item. - Enter Basic Food Details: On the "Add Food" page, provide the food name and description, then click "Next"
Add Additional Food Information: Fill in the necessary details, including:
- Price and applicable discounts (either percentage or fixed amount).
- Food Type, Category, and Subcategory to classify the item.
- Relevant Tags and any Variations.
- Maximum Order Quantity to set purchase limits.
- Include optional Add-ons (e.g., extra cheese, sides).
- Specify Available Start and End Times for the item.
- Upload a high-quality food image to represent the dish accurately and attractively.
- Once all details are complete, click "Submit" to save the new food item to your menu.
Adding or Managing Working hours
- Sign In to the App: Log in to the Home Food Chef app using your credentials.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'My Shop' icon in the footer.
- Access the "Edit" Option: Tap on the "Edit" icon (
) located in the top-right corner of the "My Shop" page, - Navigate to the Daily Schedule Section: Scroll down to locate the "Daily Schedule" section.
- Add or Update Kitchen Timings: Adjust the opening and closing timings for your kitchen as required.
- Save Changes: After updating, click the "Update" button to save the changes.

To Manage Your Menu
- Log in to Your Restaurant Account: Visit the Home Food website and login using your credentials (https://homefoodglobal.com/login/restaurant )
- Scroll Down to the Food Management Section: Navigate through the Left-handed side Menu until you reach the "Food Management" section.
- Select "List": Under the Food Management section, click on "List" under foods section to view the list of food items.
- Choose a Food Item to Update: From the food list, either:
- Click on the food item name.
- Alternatively, click on the "Edit" icon under the "Actions" column for the corresponding food item.
- Edit Food Item Details: If you clicked on the food item name, tap the "Edit Info" button located in the top-right corner of the page or If you clicked on the Edit icon under "Actions" column, the food update page will open directly.
- Update Food Information: Modify details such as the food name, description, price, discounts, category, sub category, food type, Add-on, tags, variations, availability timings, Maximum Purchase Quantity Limit or food image as needed.
- Save Changes: After making the updates, click on the "Submit " button to save the changes. Your food item details will now be updated and reflected on the platform.
Adding Food Item into Menu
- Log in to Your Restaurant Account: Visit the Home Food website (https://homefoodglobal.com/login/restaurant) in your browser. Enter your credentials and log in.
- Scroll Down to the Food Management Section: Navigate through the Left-handed side Menu until you reach the "Food Management" section.
- Navigate to Add a New Food Item: Click on one of the following options available under Foods section:
- "Add New": Directly opens the "Add New Food" page.
- "List": Displays the list of existing food items. From here, click on the "Add New Food" button located in the top-right corner to access the "Add New Food" page.
- Add Food Item Details: On the "Add New Food" page, provide the necessary details, including:
- Food Name: Enter the name of the dish.
- Description: Write a brief description of the food item.
- Price and Discounts: Add the price and specify any discounts (percentage or amount).
- Category and Subcategory: Assign the item to the appropriate category.
- Food Type: Indicate if it’s vegetarian or non-vegetarian.
- Tags and Add-ons: Add relevant tags and optional add-ons.
- Variations: Include variations of the food item.
- Availability Timings: Specify the min and max times the item will be available.
- Maximum Purchase Quantity: Set a limit for how many units a customer can order.
- Food Image: Upload a high-quality image of the food item.
- Save the New Food Item: Once all details are filled in, click on the "Submit" button to save the new food item to your menu.
Adding or Managing Working hours
- Log in to Your Restaurant Account: Visit the Home Food website (https://homefoodglobal.com/login/restaurant ) in your browser. Enter your credentials and log in.
- Navigate to Business Management: Navigate through the Left-handed side Menu until you reach the "Business Management" section.
- Access Restaurant Configuration: Tap on the "Restaurant Config" option under the "Business Management" menu.
- Edit Shop Details: On the restaurant setup page, scroll down to the "Restaurant Opening & Closing Schedules" section.
- Add or Update Kitchen Timings: Adjust the opening and closing timings for your kitchen as needed. Your kitchen timings will now be updated and reflected on the platform.
Add the bank details for Disbursement (Default payment method)
After your restaurant’s KYC verification is successfully completed, you will receive an email from Home Food requesting you to upload your bank details. This step is essential for withdrawing your earnings. Follow the steps below to complete the process.
Steps:
- Receive the Confirmation Email: Once your KYC verification is completed, you will receive an email from Home Food's Support team. The email will contain a link directing you to the Bank Details & Personal details Submission page.
- Go through the link: Click on it to proceed with adding your personal information & bank details.
- Enter Your Bank Account Details: Fill in the required fields with accurate information, including:
- Bank Name
- Account Holder’s Name (must match KYC details)
- Sort Code
- Account Number
- IBAN (if applicable)
- Review and Submit: Double-check the details to ensure accuracy. Click “Submit” to complete the process.
- Wait for Approval: Home Food will review your details, and approval may take 24-48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once verified.
- Set Up Your Menu and Start Accepting Orders
- Once your Kitchen/Restaurant is approved by the Home Food Support team, you will gain full access to the platform.
- Set up your restaurant menu by adding food items and pricing.
- Start receiving and processing orders from customers on Home Food Spot.
