How to reset password?

In the Home Food Spot application, you can reset or recover your password by tap "Forgot Password" on the Sign In screen, and enter your registered phone number.Follow the instructions sent to your email or SMS to create a new password.


Steps For Mobile:

  1. Launch the Home Food Spot App on your device.
  2. On the Sign In screen, tap on "Forgot Password".
  3. Enter your registered phone number.
  4. You will receive a password reset link or OTP via email or SMS.
  5. On the reset password page, enter your new password and tap Submit to confirm the change.
  6. Use your new password to log in to your account.


Steps for Web:
  1. Open your web browser and go to the official User App website (www.homefoodglobal.com).
  2. Click on Sign In at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Tap on "Forgot Password".
  4. Enter your registered phone number.
  5. You will receive a password reset link or OTP via email or SMS.
  6. On the reset password page, enter your new password and tap Submit to confirm the change.
  7. Use your new password to log in to your account.
