How to Leave a Review on the Home Food Spot App

STEPS FOR APP:
- Open the App – Launch the Home Food Spot app and make sure you're logged in to your account.
- Go to 'My Orders' – Tap the shopping bag icon located in the footer menu.
- Select Your Order – Navigate to the 'History' tab and choose the order you'd like to review.
- Tap 'Review'– Once your order is marked as delivered, a 'Review' button will appear. Tap it to proceed.
- Rate & Review – Select a star rating and optionally write your feedback about the order.
- Submit – Tap 'Submit' to complete the process.
STEPS FOR WEB:
- Open the Website – Visit homefoodglobal.com and make sure you're logged into your account.
- Access the Menu – Click the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) located at the top right corner of the page.
- Select 'My Orders' – From the menu options, choose 'My Orders.'
- Go to 'History' – Within the My Orders section, click on the 'History' tab to view your past orders.
- Choose a Delivered Order – Click on the order you wish to review that has been marked as delivered.
- Click 'Review'– A 'Review' button will be visible. Click on it to proceed.
- Rate and Provide Feedback – Select a star rating and optionally write your comments or feedback.
- Submit Your Review – Click 'Submit' to complete the review process.
