Access The Web Portal:
Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the Home Food Chef portal at www.homefoodglobal.com.
Go To The Deliveryman Management Section:
Once logged in, look at the menu on the left-hand side of the dashboard and click on 'Deliveryman' to expand the options.
3. Manage Delivery Personnel:
Under the Delivery Management menu, select 'Deliveryman'. A dropdown list will appear with the following options:
Deliveryman List – View and manage the list of all registered delivery drivers. This section displays a comprehensive list of all registered delivery personnel, including their contact details, the zones they operate in, total number of orders delivered, and their availability status. Under the Action column, you have the option to edit or delete each deliveryman’s profile.
Add New Deliveryman – Register a new driver by entering their details. In this section, you can enter the general information, additional details, and account credentials of the Deliveryman. Once all required fields are completed, click Submit to finalise the registration process.
New Deliveryman Requests – In this section, you will find two tabs at the top of the page: 'Pending Deliveryman' and 'Denied Deliveryman'.
-Pending Deliveryman-This tab displays a list of all delivery drivers awaiting approval. For each Deliveryman, you can:
View Details – Click 'View' to see contact information, the zone they will be operating in, their job type(freelancer or salaried), vehicle type, and availability status.
Take Action – From the Actions column, you can choose to approve or deny the application.
-Denied Deliveryman-This section lists all drivers whose applications were previously denied. For each denied Deliveryman, the following details are shown:
Name, Contact, Zone, Job Type, Vehicle Type, and Availability Status
Under Action, you have the option to approve the application if reconsidered, or delete the Deliveryman profile permanently from the system.
Incentive Requests – View and manage Deliveryman incentive claims submitted for completed tasks or goals.
In this section, you can view a list of delivery personnel along with key details such as their name, assigned zone, total earnings, incentive amount, date of request, and status. Under the Action column, you have the option to approve or reject each incentive request.
Incentives History – Access a detailed log of all past incentive payments.
This section provides a record of all past incentives, displaying details such as the Deliveryman’s name, zone, total earnings, incentive amount, date, and status.
Bonus – Allocate bonuses to Deliveryman based on performance metrics such as delivery volume, customer satisfaction, or punctuality. In this section, you can award bonuses to delivery personnel by entering their name, bonus amount, and a reference note (e.g., 'Nice work', 'Cash Bonus', or 'Free Bonus').
You can also view existing bonus records, including the transaction ID, Deliveryman’s name, bonus amount, reference type, and the date the bonus was issued.
Reviews – Monitor and respond to feedback or ratings given to Deliveryman by customers and home chefs. In this section, you can view customer feedback for each deliveryman, including the deliveryman's name, the name of the customer who submitted the review, the review comments (e.g., 'super', 'nice', 'good', 'fast delivery' 'obedient', 'polite', etc.), and the rating, which ranges from 0 to 5 stars.
STEPS FOR MOBILE:
Step 1: Open the Home Food Chef app on your mobile device.
Step 2: Tap the hamburger menu icon (☰) located at the bottom-right corner of the screen to open the main navigation menu.
Step 3: From the menu options, select the Runner icon to access the Deliveryman management section.
Step 4: A complete list of all registered Deliverymen will be displayed. From this list, you can:
Edit Deliveryman details such as contact information or zone assignment
Delete a Deliveryman profile if necessary
Track Deliveryman activity, availability status, and delivery history in real time.
