Navigating to the Customer (Mapping)

The Home Foods Way Driver App provides built-in mapping features to help drivers navigate efficiently to the customer’s location.

Drivers can use real-time navigation for optimized routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Steps to Navigate Using the App:

1. Launch the App

  • Open the Home Foods Way Driver App.
  • Drivers can use real-time navigatioin to optimise routes ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Enter your registered phone number or email and password to access the app.
  • Change delivery task to delivery request 
  • Change Once you arrive, Swipe "Swipe to deliver order" to "Once you arrive, swipe to deliver the order."

2. Log In

  • Enter your registered phone number/email and password to access the app.

3. Access the Delivery Task

  • Go to the Dashboard section.
  • Active orders are displayed at the top of the Dashboard page.
  • Click on "Details" in Active Orders.

4. View Customer Details

  • Review order information and the customer’s delivery address.

5. Start Navigation

  • Tap "Direction" in Customer Contact Details to launch the in-app navigation feature.

6. Follow Route Directions

  • Follow the real-time navigation to reach the customer's location.
  • Avoid route deviations for timely delivery.

7. Confirm Delivery

  • Once you arrive, Swipe "Swipe to deliver order".
  • Take a photo of the delivery for verification.
  • Tap "Complete Delivery" and collect the OTP from the customer.
  • Verify the delivery and click "Complete Delivery".

8. Track Earnings

  • Navigate to the My Account section to view updated cash in hand.
