Tracking your order in real-time
Tracking your order in real-time allows you to monitor the status and delivery progress of your food, from preparation to arrival, via the app or website.
Steps for Mobile:
Launch the Home Food Spot app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
Go to My Orders at the bottom of the page.
Choose the order you want to track from the list of Running/Subscription orders.
The order details page will show a live status with updates like "Order Placed", "Order Confirmed" ,"Preparing Food", "Food On the way," or "Delivered."
You can view the delivery progress, including the location of the delivery driver, on the map.
Steps for Web:
- Open your web browser and go to the official User App website (www.homefoodglobal.com).
- Enter your credentials to log in or create an account if you’re a new user.
- Choose your delivery location via current location, or Set From Map or from the Saved Address.
- Click on the Hamburger Menu (☰) located on the top right side of the home page.
- Tap the My Orders option.
- Choose the order you want to track from the list of Running/Subscription orders.
- Click on Track Order, The order details page will show a live status with updates like "Order Placed", "Order Confirmed", "Preparing Food", "Food On the way," or "Delivered."
- You can view the delivery progress, including the location of the delivery driver, on the map.
What to do if the driver is delayed
If the driver is delayed, you can contact the driver directly or reach out to customer support through the app to report the issue and receive updates or assistance.
Steps for Mobile:
Launch the Home Food Spot app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
Go to My Orders at the bottom of the page.
Choose the order from the list of Running/Subscription orders that is delayed.
On the order details page, you will see a live status showing the delivery status and estimated arrival time.
Either you can tap on the chat icon to contact the driver directly or tap on the Help & Support option from the Hamburger Menu (☰) located on the bottom right side of the home page.
Customer support will assist in resolving the issue, either by updating you on the status or offering compensation if necessary.

Contacting the delivery driver
Contacting the delivery driver allows users to communicate with the driver via chat through the app for updates directly or assistance with their order.
Steps for Mobile:
Launch the Home Food Spot app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
Go to My Orders at the bottom of the page.
Choose the order from the list of Running/Subscription orders that you want to manage.
On the order details page, find the Runner's Details.
Use the Chat icon to contact the delivery driver directly.
Share any necessary details or updates with the driver to resolve issues or track your order.
