Easily pay for your orders using credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD) through the app’s secure and user-friendly payment system.
Steps for Mobile:
Open the Website: Visit the official Home food app website in your web browser and log in to your account.
Add Items to Cart: Browse restaurants, select dishes, and add them to your cart.
Proceed to Checkout: Click on the cart icon and choose "Checkout."
Select Payment Method:
Credit/Debit Card: Enter card details and save them securely for future transactions.
Wallets: Choose from available wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Select COD for paying in cash during delivery.
Confirm Payment:
Authenticate wallet or card payments.
For COD, confirm the order without further steps.
Order Completion: A confirmation page will display your order details and estimated delivery time.
Steps for Mobile:
Launch the App: Open the installed Home food spot application on your mobile device.
Add Items to Cart: Select your desired food items from restaurants and add them to your cart.
Proceed to Checkout: Tap the cart icon and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Access Coupon Options: Look for a “Add coupon” option on the checkout screen.
Select a Coupon:
Choose from the list of available coupons displayed in the app.
Alternatively, manually enter a coupon code in the text box.
Apply the Coupon:
Tap the "Apply" button to activate the coupon.
The discount will be displayed and deducted from the total amount.
Complete Payment: Proceed with your selected payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Wallet, COD) to finalize the order.
Order Confirmation: The final price with the discount applied will appear on the order confirmation page.

Proceed to Checkout: Click the cart icon and proceed to the checkout page.
Locate Coupon Option: Look for the “Add coupon” section on the checkout page.
Select or Enter Coupon Code:

b.Alternatively, enter your promo code manually in the provided field.
Activate Coupon:
a.Click on the “Apply” button to activate the discount.
b.The updated total amount with the discount applied will be shown.
Finalize the Payment: Continue to choose a payment method and complete the transaction.
Order Confirmation: Review your final order details with the applied discount on the confirmation page.
Quickly resolve payment issues through in-app support options, such as retrying payments, checking transaction status, or contacting customer support.

Select the relevant payment issue topic (e.g., payment failed, duplicate charge, refund not received).
Submit Details: Provide required details such as order ID, payment method, and screenshots of the transaction (if available).
Wait for Resolution:
The support team will contact you with updates or initiate a refund if applicable.
You can track the issue status in the "Support Tickets" section of the app.
Reorder (Optional): If the issue persists, place the order again using a different payment method.
