Restaurants can view their ratings through Home Food, where customer feedback, star ratings, and comments are displayed for performance evaluation.
Steps for Mobile:
- Log In to the App: Open the Home Food Chef app and sign in using your registered credentials.
- Access "My Shop": Tap on the "My Shop" icon located in the middle of the footer section.
- Navigate to the Reviews Section: Select the "Reviews" tab to view customer feedback.
- View Ratings & Feedback: You will see a list of food items along with their ratings and customer reviews for performance insights.
Steps for Web:
- Log in to Your Restaurant Account: Visit the Home Food website (https://homefoodglobal.com/login/restaurant) in your browser. Enter your credentials and log in.
- Navigate to Business Management: Use the left-hand menu to locate the "Business Management" section.
- Access Customer Reviews: Click on the "Reviews" option to open the customer review page.
- View Ratings & Feedback: On the Customer Review page, you will see ratings and reviews for each food item, along with the date, reviewer's name, and contact number.
- Check Detailed Reviews for a Specific Item: Clicking on a particular food item will navigate you to its dedicated review page, where you can view a detailed list of reviews, including:
- Reviewer’s Name
- Rating Provided
- Review Content
- Date & Time of Submission
